Tip of the Month: Download Equipment List Reports

Reports in Equipment Lists enable you to save your list at any point in time and export your list as a file for reporting purposes.

We recommend saving your list any time you edit or make extensive adjustments, like resetting comp averages. To do so, click Reports and Save List as Report in the dropdown.

This will save an instance to your account with the recorded values at the time, which you can access by clicking View Reports. Saved historical data provides full traceability for credit and audit teams into how equipment values have shifted over time.

Each saved report lists My Value, Auction Average, and Dealer Average, plus a comprehensive list of the individual units that contributed to those generated values, as of the date it was saved.

In Equipment Lists, you may export any of your saved reports, and it is especially useful to see the details of each machine in the list. This functionality was implemented based on direct feedback from our customers’ credit, audit, and risk teams.

Click Exports and select one of the file types in the dropdown.

If you plan to take the report and upload it to your own core system, we recommend choosing a Simple List PDF, which includes all notes and machine details.

The List and Comparables Report provides you a download of your list items with comparables included.

The Inspection Report is designed with space to write notes, which can be useful to print and bring out when inspecting equipment in the field. Today, we offer the Tractor Zoom Pro App for Equipment Lists that introduces standardization, efficiency, and increased accuracy to your inspection process.
