In Equipment Lists, you have the ability to set limits, or conditions, for selecting equipment comparables, such as sale recency and location.

If comparables are selected that do not meet those set conditions, approval is required to utilize the comp. This ensures each organization follows their specific requirements and has proper internal review, if necessary.

If a lending condition is out of the set limitations, a warning will appear on equipment cards in Search Results and Equipment List asset comps screens and exported reports.
