Combines - Now an Equipment Category

Combines have been promoted to their own category, broken out into class type.

Combines are now their own category in both Tractor Zoom Pro and Tractor Zoom. This is a high value asset that is now able to be split up into "Classes" similar to how Horsepower ranges work with the Tractor Category.

The classes we are going to start with are the following:

Other (Smaller Combines)
Class 5
Class 6
Class 7
Class 8
Class 9 / 10

This shows up across our product in the following screens. Allowing users to dive one level deeper for this specific asset class.
